Edit: Before I made a search for the video clip on Dracula, what sparked the idea was a dev I landed on and thought the work and atmosphere was too vivid and this sparked the idea for the rest (got to give credit where it's due ;) ) Drop on by his gallery if you wish :iconmysticcharm: [link]

Being a fan of vampire stories in general I've read many kinds, from the Victorian Classics to modern interpretations and visions. And of course movies hold a place in this fixation. There have been so many interpretations of Dracula, some ludicrous and laughable and others that imo illustrated more the psychological mind set of living for eternity and having to cope with a never ending thirst and hunger. Among my favorite interpretations on the screen was the 1979 one with Frank Langella and Kate Nelligan. I landed on a certain part of the movie where Mina discovers Dracula when he lands on the shores of Whitby from the Demeter. Here is the clip [link] this deviation is based on. For those that are die hard fans and would like to see the whole movie I found the whole movie in 17 episodes here is the first one [link] (the 16 others one are right on the right of the clip ;) )

This pic is beyond awesome! Definetley a fave!

And I too like very much the Frank Langella version of Dracula. I've seen quite a few Dracula films and although some are better than others, I haven't yet seen a one trully aweful adaptation. I find something good from each film. Langella's film though happens to belong to those that have more right than wrong in them. ;)
